Glee season 2 is AWESOME!!



I noticed that I was out of date when speaking of Glee season 2's episodes. As of today, I only managed to finish 2 episodes due to time limitation. Well though I am not that crazy busy girl, watching TV series back to back from my external hardisk( after weeks of downloading...pheeeewww) is totally not my main interest. After long and tiring day at workplace, I would rather sit in front of TV watching "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader" for an hour before fall flat on the bed. Kind of bored!
Let's get back to GLEE. For this season, they have featured some cool singers and actors/actresses to sing along. Some of them were the cutest Pilipino's doll Charice, the hottest momma Britney and as well as Gywneth Paltrow and etc.....

What a scary title...but dun misunderstood. It is actually a title taken from a song that I recently fall into...
They call themselves The Band Perry...3 siblings from Alabama. Kimberly Perry teaming up with her utterly awesome and handsome younger brothers Neil & Reid. Claims themselves as country group.

Tired of dieting?


Are you tired of dieting and dont know what else to do? You cut the daily meals, running half marathon each day, swallow lots of pills that you cant even remember how much money that you have already spent but later you find out that all the hardworks turned out to be so damn frustating?
Me myself is facing the same problem. Starting to play sport at young age but then abruptly stopped when I get to some point of age especially at the earlier 20's has brougt me to the unbalance weight.
Yeah, sumtimes you are normal yet the other time you tend to look kindda fat. It depends on how much you wiling to escape any food offered or how much you willing to put down the extra weight on the track. Well, both are never seems to really work for me.
Facing some kind of hectic daily life has make it worser. Me sometimes was so jeolous to some of friends who manage to stay in shape no matter in how many years I last met them. Some of them was never play sport or never got into active life. WELL, not much I can say those people are GIFTED . Different people will have different metabolism.

Here's some of the tips that I googled on the net that I believe can motivate people like me and friends out there to stay in shape. Remember, just to stay in shape ( whatever ur shape is) not to own a body ( I meant real HOOOT ) like MEGAN...wah wah wah....jenin lar....

1. Stop dieting or having a crash diet
  • Yes, one of the main causes of weight gain is dieting. Dieting makes you fat. As you reduce your food intake to lose weight, your body put itself on 'famine alert'. It gets the impression that food is scarce and therefore it slows down your metabolism to get the best use of the small amount of food it is receiving.Furthermore, if you lose weight quickly by restricting your intake and then go back to eating normally, a much higher percentage of the food you eat is laid down as fat. Why? Because your body wants to build up extra fat stores, in case this type of famine occurs again. There's also the question of metabolism. When you crash diet, your metabolism slows down to conserve energy and make the most out of the small amounts you are eating. What happens when you go back to eating normally? Well, everything you eat is being dealt with at a much slower rate and more fat is stored. So, the slower the longer that your weight will lasted.
Wish I can be like her.....dream dream dream....

2. Find out how many calories you need.
  • To get to know how much calories you are actually need as important as it sound. Start calculating your BMI. This is good dowh. For me it will prevent you from looking weird. Ya, you short plum tall bony. Get what I mean?? Hihi...well, it doesnt mean that you when are fat then ur sick and vice verse. No. It is NOT!!

  • Here's how you can calculate ur BMI. ( Rasenyer dah berlambak kat dalam tonet)...haha

3. Do not skip meals.
  • Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day. Payah nie...=)
Isyhh.....tak nak makan lapaq...satg kalo dah makan tak cukup plak size pinggang sluaq jeans haku....huhu

4. Change your lifestyle.
  • If you’re calling this a “diet,” then you’re going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, you’re changing your habits – and you’re putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. 
U'll ended up like this...haha...

Go out and have some fresh airs.

5. Start reading labels.
  • I know it sucks and probably the most sickening thing to do when you up for shopping but you have to do it- and there's no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what you are putting in your mouth, you're flying blind.
  • It may seems that you would rather eat McD Double Cheese Burger rather than rice due to its quantity but dont be fool by what you see. It is not sometime what you see is what you get. So watch out!
Walau nak beli sardin pon kene tilik....HALAL satu ...ingredients pon penting gak...Gula...Garam...sodium...adoyaii!!


Even cat also finds it is important!!

6. Careful of what you drink
  • Instead of watching what you eat, watch what you drink. Stop drinking anything with refined sugars or that is processed. Sugars turn into fat and it is actually turn into fat quicker than other type of foods. Senang cakap, air kosong/suam paling hebat. =)


7. Avoid stress
  • Some people replace foods to relief their stress. Isnt that sounds scary? It always happened to me. The more you stressed out the more food that goes into your mouth. Huh....it cant be happen anymore if you want to stay in shape.
Geram haku.....arghhhhhh...makan....

8. Take a 5 minutes walk everyday.
  • Yes we are busy but do find a precious 5 min for ourself. We already gave others 715 minutes in a day so why not give ourself only 300 seconds?? Spend the "three-hundreds-seconds" by doing stuff that can actually burn down ur calories. U may not realize it but it is such a great exercise in a long term. It can be done in many ways as for examples park ur car at the end of the world of instead of using lift, you may choose stairs. Put it as ur routine.

9. Put away negative thinking.
  • "I am not pretty". "Nobody wants me". "I am a fat young girl". No...no...no...love yourself first so that others will love you. Love what you are.

10. Keep smiling
  • Smile is the best medicine. A saying goes like this :

Why I start blogging?

Folks out there especially my dearest lovely friends must be wondering their heart why I start blogging?
Needless to say, SHIRLEY and AMON you both have dragged me this way. WELL, I'm loving it and do give me some more time to enlighten the blog.

Though the blog looks CRAP and "CAT-TISH" ( I can tell that =] ) , hope everyone enjoys it! It is also a tribute to my late kitty ( the most beloved one) whom had passed away 3 days before Ramadhan. KECIK, I know you are there watching me and your sisters. ( Sayu lar plak....kuangx3)

IN MEMORY


Stressing about the title, WHY I START BLOGGING?
1. My eldest brother push me to start one so that he can actually 'tumpang' the blog to do marketing. What type marketing, we'll see soon.
2. Most of my friends back at university already have their own. So why dont I start one?
3. Instead of rubbishy nags at Facebook notes why dont I do it here. More space less chaos.
4. Certain blogs are very interesting I daily visit them. Since it is quite tough to become a follower and give comments unless you yourself owns a blog. AND once again, why dont I start one?
